At Utopi, we’ve always been driven by innovation and purpose, and our drive to make a change in the PBSA sector. This year’s Student Accommodation Awards were an affirmation of our hard work. We’re proud to share that Utopi was nominated in two major categories: PropTech Solution of the Year and the Innovation Award.
The event, hosted by Property Week, brought together some of the biggest names in the student accommodation industry. The awards celebrate excellence, innovation, and leadership, and it was a badge of honour to be recognised alongside such outstanding organisations.
While we didn’t take home the win this time, being finalists in both categories is a huge achievement, and a testament to our mission here at Utopi. These nominations highlight Utopi’s commitment to innovative sustainable technology solutions that make a real difference in decarbonising the real estate sector while benefitting resident experience.
The evening itself was a fitting end to this year’s awards season. We had the pleasure of celebrating with some friends from Yugo and DLC Europe, reflecting on how far we’ve come while looking ahead to what’s next.
