The Multisensor V4 uses LoRaWAN – long-range wireless communication with deep building penetration, no reliance on the building’s existing WiFi. Works in old and new buildings, retrofit or new-build. Designed for rapid, low-disruption deployment at scale.

The Harrison Street rollout programme with CA Ventures and Novel Student was operational within two weeks of installation beginning. The solution was deployed in a new-build asset that already had energy controls and sub-metering, but no access to the data. Real-time environmental data from the Multisensor V4 gave the site team the visibility to identify temperature outliers and actively intervene with residents. The result: a 2°C reduction in average temperature, over £50,000 in savings, and 68,311kg of CO₂ avoided in under 12 months. The client subsequently rolled out Utopi across their European portfolio – 2,500 beds in total.
