Utopi host data session for PBSA Leaders

This week Team Utopi have been busy in Barcelona joining leaders in PBSA across the UK and Europe at The Class Foundation’s Smart Student Living event.

Smart Student Living is a non-sales event driven by collaborative workshops between operators and tech leaders. These workshops were interactive and focused on driving ESG, operational efficiency, and student well-being solutions.

Sessions were broken into four main areas of PBSA:

  • Building – Sustainable Operations & Resource Efficiency
  • Systems – ESG-Integrated Technology & Automations
  • People – Student Well-Being & Inclusive Living Environments
  • Investment – ESG and Value Reporting & Impact
Sustainability, Data and Unlocking Value

Leading session #2 of the day on ESG and Data, Utopi’s CMO and Co-Founder Ben led two workshops entitled ‘Sustainability, Data and Unlocking Value’.

Showcasing Utopi benchmarking data from our 22 billion strong environmental data lake, it was a chance to uncover resident heating behaviours, a chance to uncover overheating insights and craft ways to reduce energy waste in the sector.

See some previews from the workshops below, and for more benchmarking insights from Utopi make sure to register and be the first to receive our benchmarking reports when released early summer: marketing@utopi.co.uk
