Utopi See Double at Property Week’s Student Accommodation Awards
We’re thrilled to announce Team Utopi took home two trophies at Property Week’s Student Accommodation awards last night. One of the biggest events in the annual Purpose-Built Student Accommodation event circuit, the event brings together the biggest and brightest in the sector from across the UK.
Utopi took home the:
- Innovation Award: For our deployment of Utopi Smart TRVs with Downing Student – seeing them reduce their gas bills by 20-30%.
- Collaboration Award: For our deployment of Utopi Smart Panel Heaters with Mezzino – seeing them generate £327 per bed savings.
The two awards secured are not only a testament to the quality of Utopi PropTech and innovative solutions designed to boost asset performance in the sector, but they’re case studies on quality partnerships with Downing Students and Mezzino. Both leading brands in the Student Accommodation space, these awards celebrate the deployment of Utopi Advanced Temperature Controls across over 1,000 beds in the UK and showcase the impact made on reducing energy consumption, boosting ESG performance, and driving their assets closer to Net Zero targets.
