Members of the Student Living sector returned again to the coastline of Southampton last week, for the 2025 Student Living Sailing Regatta. An annual event hosted by The Dot Group, it’s always an unforgettable event filled with networking, quality conversations about how best to drive the PBSA sector forward, and of course a highly anticipated race on the sea.
This year the event brought together 80 attendees representing 25 companies across the student living space, with the ultimate goal to raise funds for two inspirational charities focused on supporting young people and providing opportunities for personal and professional development: Reading Real Estate Foundation‘s Pathways to Property programme and Tall Ships Youth Trust.
While Utopi didn’t walk away with the trophy this year, Team Utopi x Evolution ESG braved the rain and winds to raise awareness for some meaningful charities, and continue to be an active voice in the PBSA sector.
