Scenario.
The Utopi Platform highlighted that one space within a Single Family Housing development was drawing far more electricity than the rest of the spaces within the site. All spaces were unoccupied at the time, and showed no movement data.
Result.
We highlighted this with the Operator, allowing a member of the site team to enter the space and identify the problem. It was discovered that a panel heater had been left on during installation and was running 24/7.
