Utopi host a table at the 2023 Student Accommodation Awards. The industry’s biggest event in the annual calendar!
There is no better way to end a busy year than celebrating the best in the business, and Property Week’s Student Accommodation Awards was exactly that. A chance for the who’s who of Student Accommodation real estate in the UK to highlight key deals, big names in the business, and even cover Hall of Fame inductees for services given to the sector.
Utopi hosted a table, and got the opportunity to catch up with clients, and thank key partners for a year that saw the business gain 1,400% revenue growth. As a key sector for Utopi, and one we have a strategy to develop further in 2024, it was great to see the likes of JLL, Unite Students, CA Ventures, Harrison Street Real Estate, Fresh and IQ Student in the room.
The general feeling was the sector is busy, demand is building, investors are seeing value in PBSA in the UK, Europe and further abroad; and ESG is still very much a key topic of discussion.
