New Strategic Sales appointment!

The new hire is set to lead the strategic sales development for Utopi across the UK, Europe and the USA.

Utopi, the ESG technology specialist, today announces that it has hired a key player in the high-end residential sector, Muir Baxter, to lead their strategic sales expansion into new global territories.

Muir brings with him more than 15 years experience in the high end residential and property technology market, having pioneered the UK expansion of SmartRent, a US based, smart home automation company. With his strategic sales capabilities and his understanding for developing extensive pipelines for innovative proptech companies, this new hire is a sign of the dedication Utopi have to their expansion plans.

Bringing together Utopi’s already strong reputation in the multi-tenant real estate market, and Muir’s strong roots in residential proptech, it will help propel Utopi into new global markets.

Of the new hire, Jonathan Burridge, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Utopi says:
