As the UK's Largest Directory of Care Homes, Home Care, Live-in Care and Retirement Living, Autumna are a trusted voice amongst the Later Living sector and are uniquely positioned to offer advice and guidance to their growing network.
This strategic partnership allows Utopi to enhance their own positioning within the Later Living, Health and Social Care sector, and offer thought leadership and ESG expertise to this vast network of care facilities.
With net zero carbon goals fast approaching, and so much of this sector still uncertain of how to improve their asset’s environmental impact, this partnership will give them access to ESG expertise specific to real estate and increasing the value of their assets.
This also positions Utopi as a key voice in Autumna’s Go Green initiative, helping build more sustainable health and social care communities.
